随着高校研究生招生规模扩大,语言类研究生也开始面临“就业困惑”。本课题以F大学外文学院2012届——2014届毕业研究生及目前在校研究生为样本,通过问卷调研和结构化访谈方式,以点及面,把语言类研究生的就业期望与实际就业情况之间进行对比,明确其在当今社会环境下所应具备的专业素质技能和个人能力素养,并进一步阐释了辅导员在求职引导活动中的定位。
