引言我中心于1984~1986年先后从日本和秘鲁引进两批不同品种(Callithrix jacchus和Saguinus mystax)狨猴。为了开展对甲肝病毒疫苗的研究,首次从秘鲁引进了对甲型肝炎病毒具有易感性的白髭狨猴。为了实验对照,在疫苗感染前将全部狨猴进行了肝脏穿刺。经组织病理学检查,白髭狨猴肝脏的组织形态学特点与人类肝组织相似。被检的部分标本中,肝细胞有小灶性退行性变或坏死,肝窦中常见白细胞,枯否氏细胞增生。在半数标本中,可见微丝蚴,肝细胞胞浆内可见淡黄色的色素颗粒,这种轻度非特异性病变,可能与寄生虫感染有关。鉴于正常狨猴的肝穿组织形态学国内尚无报道,谨为开展这方面工作提供一些基础资料。
Introduction The Center introduced two batches of different species (Callithrix jacchus and Saguinus mystax) from Japan and Peru successively from 1984 to 1986. In order to carry out research on hepatitis A virus vaccine, for the first time from Peru, the white mustache monkey that is susceptible to hepatitis A virus has been introduced. For experimental control, all marmosets were subjected to liver puncture before vaccine infection. Histopathological examination, white mustache marmosets liver histomorphology and human liver tissue similarities. Part of the seized specimens, hepatocellular focal degeneration or necrosis of small, sinusoidal common white blood cells, Kupffer cell proliferation. In half of the specimens, visible microfilariae, visible yellow pigment particles within the cytoplasm of hepatocytes, this mild non-specific lesions, may be associated with parasitic infections. In view of the fact that there is no report on the morphology of liver wearing tissue in normal marmosets, we have provided some basic information for carrying out this work.
