目的:研究仙蓟化斑胶囊抗变态反应的作用机制。方法:通过豚鼠血清中IgG、IgM、免疫复合物(IC)及红细胞免疫复合物花结试验,观察仙蓟化斑胶囊对免疫系统的影响。结果:仙蓟化斑胶囊能降低血清中IgG、IgM含量、其中高剂量组与模型对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);能降低血清中IC,其中高、中剂量组差异具统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05);并能增加红细胞免疫复合物花结的形成,其中高、中剂量组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:仙蓟化斑胶囊具有一定的抗变态反应作用。
Objective: To study the anti-allergic mechanism of Xian Ji Hua Cai Capsule. Methods: The immunosuppressive effects of Xianji Chamae capsule on the immune system were observed by the guinea pig serum IgG, IgM, immune complex (IC) and erythrocyte immune complex flowering test. Results: Xianji Huaze Capsule could reduce the content of IgG and IgM in serum. The high dose group and the model control group had significant difference (P <0.05), and could decrease the serum IC Statistical significance (P <0.01 or 0.05), and can increase the formation of erythrocyte immune complex rosette, in which high and medium dose group differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xianjihuaban capsule has certain anti-allergic effect.
