随着我国建筑行业的不断进步,人们对于建筑行业的管理质量也进行高度的重视,建筑房屋的使用质量和工程施工质量成为管理中的重点,也是保证建筑合理交付和使用安全的基础。在房屋建筑工程中,工程造价的加入可以全面的对工程建设的工期进行缩短,对工程项目进行更加科学的管理,并且在经费上进行科学规划,可见房屋建筑工程造价管理对建筑工程交付质量意义重大,但是现阶段房屋建筑工程造价管理还存在一些问题,需要结合当前情况分析问题产生的原因,并进行对策研究。本文主要针对房屋建筑工程造价管理现状与对策进行分析。
