通过分析脉冲光镊作用下的聚苯乙烯小球的受力情况得到小球的运动方程,然后解粒子的运动方程得到小球的 运动轨迹。我们进一步假设粒子与载玻片表面吸附作用力Hamaker常数满足正态分布,来模拟不同粒子与表面的吸附状 态的差异,得到了单脉冲分离效率与脉冲能量、轴向位移的关系。理论计算结果与实验定性相符。
By analyzing the force of polystyrene beads under the action of pulsed optical tweezers, the motion equation of the beads is obtained, and then the motion equation of the particles is obtained. We further assume that the Hamaker constant of the adsorption force on the surface of the particle and the slide satisfies the normal distribution to simulate the difference in the adsorption state between the different particles and the surface and the relationship between the pulse separation efficiency and the pulse energy and the axial displacement is obtained. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
