在冶金矿山中,使用KD-100型水平钻机极为普遍,由于井下供风不均衡,风压不稳定,必须采用手轮给进加压。在复杂地层中钻进,经常发生卡钻事故,同样需要采用手轮进行强拉硬顶来处理事故。这样就使原设计配用的铜质蜗轮副受扭力过大,蜗轮轴产生变形,蜗轮早期磨损,蜗轮副大量损耗,每台每月更换蜗轮达15个,既严重地影响生产也增加维修费用。为此,我们通过对原机的给进机构进行分析,重新设计,研制了螺旋齿轮代替原蜗轮副。从1980年8月23日装
