研究目的探讨面神经挫伤后面肌运动终板酶组化及光电镜结构变化规律。研究背景四肢骨骼肌运动终板的变性再生研究报道较多,有关面肌运动终板的研究未见报道。方法用60只SD品系雄性大白鼠,随机分成实验组及对照组,手术挫伤实验组左侧面神经,取面肌分做酶组化定量及电镜研究。结果面神经挫伤后,面肌运动终板面积、胆碱酯酶量经历下降、恢复、第8周基本接近正常。运动终板超微结构早期显示变性,第5-8周变性终板获得再生。结论面神经挫伤后第8周,面肌可重新建立种经肌接头。面肌运动终板面积、胆碱酯酶量与超微结构变化特征一致。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of enzyme kinetics and light microscopic structure of facial muscles after facial nerve contusion. Research Background There are many reports on the degeneration and regeneration of skeletal muscle motor end plates in limbs. However, there has been no report on the study of facial muscle motor end plates. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The left facial nerve of the experimental group was treated by contusion, and the facial muscles were harvested for histochemical analysis and electron microscopy. Results Facial nerve contusion, facial muscle motor end plate area, cholinesterase volume experienced a decline, recovery, the first 8 weeks was almost normal. Early motor endoderm ultrastructure showed degeneration, the first 5-8 weeks of denaturation end plate regeneration. Conclusions The facial muscles can reconstruct the meiogastric junction at 8 weeks after facial nerve contusion. Facial muscle endplate area, cholinesterase volume and ultrastructure changes consistent.
