为了观察苏木乙酸乙酯提取物对溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,试验采用兔黏膜免疫法造模,将Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、苏木低剂量组、苏木中剂量组、苏木高剂量组、柳氮磺胺吡啶组(SASP组),除正常对照组外,其余各组均造模。造模后各组分别以生理盐水、苏木乙酸乙酯提取物、SASP灌胃给药21 d,运用流式细胞术检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的表达。结果表明:模型组CD4+及CD4+/CD8+升高,与正常对照组相比差异均有统计学意义;苏木高、中、低剂量组、SASP组CD4+及CD4+/CD8+降低,与模型组相比差异均有统计学意义;苏木高、中、低剂量组与SASP组相比无统计学差异。说明苏木乙酸乙酯提取物通过调节UC大鼠的细胞免疫功能发挥对UC大鼠的保护作用。
In order to observe the effects of ethyl acetate extract on T lymphocyte subsets in rats with ulcerative colitis (UC), the rabbits were immunized with mucosal mucosa and randomly divided into normal control group, model Group, low-dose group of hematoxylin, mid-dose of hematoxylin, high-dose of hematoxylin and sulfasalazine group (SASP group). All the other groups except the normal control group were modeled. After modeling, the rats in each group were administrated with normal saline, ethyl acetate extract of hematoxylin and ethyl acetate for 21 days. The expression of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that the levels of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in model group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, while the levels of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in SASP group were lower than those in model group The difference was statistically significant; high, medium and low dose Hematoxylin and SASP group no significant difference. The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts of Sumo could protect the UC rats by regulating the cellular immune function of UC rats.
