[目的]合成2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸酯(4a~4i),并探讨其对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响.[方法]由2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸乙酯(3)与醇类在二丁基氧化锡催化下反应得到2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酸酯(4a~4i).采用通道式水迷宫法和避暗法测定化合物4h,4i对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,并检测化合物4h,4i对乙醇模型小鼠脑组织中丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响.[结果]4h,4i大、小剂量组小鼠的记忆再现成绩明显高于模型对照组.[结论]4h,4i明显对抗东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍;对于氯霉素引起的记忆巩固不良及乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍均有拮抗作用.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of 2- [1- (2-pyridyl) ethoxy] acetate (4a ~ 4i) on learning and memory in mice. -pyridine) ethoxy] acetate (3) with alcohols catalyzed by dibutyltin oxide to give 2- [1- (2-pyridyl) ethoxy] acetate The effects of 4h, 4i on learning and memory in mice were determined by channel water maze method and dark-avoidance method. The effects of 4h, 4i compounds on malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase . [Results] The scores of memory reproduction in 4h, 4i large and small dose groups were significantly higher than those in model control group. [Conclusion] 4h, 4i obviously antagonized scopolamine-induced memory impairment; Ethanol-induced memory regeneration disorders have antagonistic effects.
