Section 400t split section of the barge research appraisal will be held on September 18, 1992 ~ 19 in Zhongxiang, Hubei Province. Meeting hosted by the Hubei Provincial Communications Department. Participate in the appraisal will have the Ministry of Communications standards, the National Committee of the river boat standard, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan Institute of Water Transport, Yangtze River Ship Design Institute and other units of more than 10 experts and professors. During the meeting heard Zhongxiang Shipping Company on the “ship design report”, Hanyang Shipyard on "Shipbuilding
