用模态分析法对超声振动珩磨系统的振动模式进行了分析,并通过珩磨试验研究建立了按局部共振理论设计挠性杆和油石座子系统可参照的理论模型,对子系统初始参数的确定和验证有一定的指导意义。
The modal analysis method was used to analyze the vibration modes of the ultrasonic vibrating honing system.
