容积效率是液压泵性能和出厂试验的必测参数之一。这个参数以往采用测量泵的空载与加载流量值,经计算而得。其测量精度较低、周期长。我们在1974年研制的SZ-3A数字容积效率仪,虽在测量原理上有所突破,但它采用晶体管分立元件,制造工艺复杂、成本高,不利普及。1979年我们采用PMOS集成电路制作了MSZ—3容积效率仪(图1)。它与前者相比,具有更高的测量精度和更好的稳定性、可靠性,体积小、重量轻、耗电省,制造简单、成本低廉,深受用户欢迎。
Volumetric efficiency is one of the necessary parameters for hydraulic pump performance and factory test. This parameter is used in the past to measure the pump load and load flow values, calculated. The measurement accuracy is low, long cycle. We developed in 1974, SZ-3A digital volume efficiency meter, although the measurement principle of a breakthrough, but it uses transistor discrete components, manufacturing complexity, high cost, unfavorable universal. In 1979, we used a PMOS integrated circuit MSZ-3 volumetric efficiency meter (Figure 1). Compared with the former, it has higher measurement accuracy and better stability, reliability, small size, light weight, power consumption, simple manufacturing, low cost, welcomed by users.
