目的探索双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的效果及对血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平影响。方法 UC患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组在美沙拉嗪治疗的基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,对照组采用美沙拉嗪进行治疗,两组疗程均为2个月,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法分别测定两组患者治疗前后的IL-6和TNF-α水平,同时比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组治愈17例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组治愈13例,有效18例,无效9例,总有效率为77.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.166,P<0.05)。对照组治疗前IL-6和TNF-α水平分别为(178.61±29.38)、(68.45±12.38)μg/L;观察组治疗前IL-6和TNF-α水平分别为(175.26±30.41)、(67.56±12.08)μg/L;两组治疗前IL-6和TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后IL-6和TNF-α水平分别为(125.26±19.35)、(28.03±7.65)μg/L;观察组治疗后IL-6和TNF-α水平分别为(91.16±16.19)、(16.84±6.12)μg/L;两组患者治疗后IL-6和TNF-α水平与治疗前比较均显著降低,且观察组治疗后IL-6和TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助治疗UC效果较为显著,能够有效调节炎性细胞因子IL-6和TNF-α水平,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of triple Bifidobacterium bifidum capsule in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) and its effect on serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α).
