挤出滚圆法是国内外应用最广泛的一种微丸制备方法。制备过程中,处方因素(如干粉和软材的理化性质等)和工艺参数与所得微丸的质量有显著的相关性,其中软材的物理性质是影响微丸成型性的重要因素。本文总结并阐述了国内外关于软材物理性质的表征方法、影响软材物理性质的因素及其与微丸成型性之间相关关系的研究概况。
Extrusion spheronization method is the most widely used at home and abroad a preparation method of pellets. During the preparation process, the prescription factors (such as the physical and chemical properties of dry powder and soft material, etc.) and the process parameters have significant correlation with the quality of the obtained pellets. The physical properties of the soft material are important factors affecting the pellet formability. This paper summarizes and expounds the domestic and foreign methods for characterizing the physical properties of soft materials, the factors influencing the physical properties of soft materials and the general situation about the correlation between the properties of soft pellets and the formability of pellets.
