分析总结最近几年国际上神经保护治疗研究的进展和临床应用前景,侧重于脑缺血方面的研究成果。首先是关于针对N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸受体和阻断谷氨酸神经毒性的研究;其次是关于寻找体内正常生理生化物质或其他有效成分的替代物用于脑梗死的治疗;随后介绍了将生物工程的新成果和新技术运用于脑梗死实验研究的新动向;最后讨论了上述研究成果在临床治疗中实际操作的可能性。
The progress and clinical application prospect of neuroprotective therapy in the world in recent years are analyzed and summarized, focusing on the research results of cerebral ischemia. First on the neurotoxicity against N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors and on glutamate; secondly on the search for alternatives to normal physiologic and biochemical substances or other active ingredients in the body for the treatment of cerebral infarction ; Then introduces the new bioengineered technologies and new technologies applied to the experimental study of new trends in cerebral infarction; finally discussed the above research results in the clinical treatment of the possibility of practice.
