为探讨蚯蚓粪对海南甘蔗园砖红壤氮素矿化和硝化的影响,采用室内培养试验,设置对照(CK)和4个蚯蚓粪添加水平的处理,研究培养过程中砖红壤p H值和总氮(TN)、NH~+_4-N、NO~-_3-N、矿质氮含量的动态变化,以及氮素的矿化和硝化特征。结果表明,经过52 d的培养试验,添加蚯蚓粪的4个处理砖红壤p H值较同期CK升高0.11~0.98个单位,NO~-_3-N和矿质氮含量分别为同期CK的1.67~6.09倍和1.21~2.83倍,NH~+_4-N含量较CK降低,砖红壤净矿化速率和净硝化速率分别是对照的1.47~5.13倍和2.23~8.16倍。表明施用蚯蚓粪可以促进海南甘蔗园砖红壤氮素的矿化和硝化作用。
In order to investigate the effect of earthworm excrement on nitrogen mineralization and nitrification in the brown soil of sugarcane field in Hainan Province, indoor culture experiments were conducted to set CK and 4 levels of vermicompost addition. The values of p H and total Nitrogen (TN), NH ~ + _4-N, NO ~ -_3-N, mineral nitrogen and the mineralization and nitrification characteristics of nitrogen. The results showed that after 52 days of culture, p H value increased by 0.11 ~ 0.98 units in the three treated red soils with addition of vermicompost. The contents of NO ~ -_3-N and mineral nitrogen were 1.67 ~ 6.09-fold and 1.21-2.83-fold, NH_4_N content decreased compared with CK, net mineralization rate and net nitrification rate of red brick were 1.47 ~ 5.13 times and 2.23 ~ 8.16 times of the control respectively. It showed that the application of vermicompost could promote the mineralization and nitrification of nitrogen in the red soil of sugarcane field in Hainan.
