1.启动冒白烟并有振动1台上柴D4114型柴油机,大修之后进行调试,刚一启动就冒灰白烟,运转时伴随振动并冒黑烟,工作粗暴且发出断续异响。初步分析故障的原因可能有:供油提前角调整不当,供油正时齿轮装配不到位,喷油器雾化不良,柴油机某缸工作不正常。停机后仔细检查正时齿轮,没有发现异常。检查供油提前角,发现供油提前角不到0°,而正常情况下应该是7～9°。

Start taking white smoke and vibration on a Chai D4114 diesel engine, overhaul after debugging, just take off and take ash white smoke, vibration and run black smoke, rough and issued intermittent abnormal sound. Preliminary analysis of the causes of failure may be: improper fuel supply advance angle, timing gear assembly is not in place, the injector bad atomization, a cylinder of diesel engine is not working properly. Carefully check the timing gear after stopping, did not find abnormalities. Check fuel supply advance angle and found that fuel supply advance angle less than 0 °, but under normal circumstances should be 7 ~ 9 °.
