Railway passenger cars are made of 1 ~ 3mm thick cold-rolled steel welded together, the quality of its surface coating determines its service life and appearance quality. The author focuses on the cold-rolled steel sheet coating line technology and equipment, but also involves the phosphating wastewater treatment process.
