5-Br-PADAP是一种较灵敏的显色剂,它能与许多金属离子生成稳定的有色络合物,本文系统地探讨了铱与5-Br-PADAP络合物的形成条件、组成以及用于吸光光度法测定铱的可能性。实验证明:铱与5Br-PADAP在pH为5.7—6.8的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中能形成稳定的红色络合物,其组成为Ir:5-Br-PADAP=1:1,络合物的最大吸收波长在570纳米处,摩尔吸光系数为4.1×10~4;在25毫升溶液中,铱的含量在0—1微克范围内服从比尔定律。该法的灵敏度较高,已用于铱催化剂中微量铱的测定。
5-Br-PADAP is a more sensitive reagent which can generate stable colored complex with many metal ions. This article systematically explores the formation conditions, composition, and properties of 5-Br-PADAP complexes For the spectrophotometric determination of iridium possibility.
