动船法测流是一项江河流量测验新技术,它与传统方法相比,具有设施简单、施测快捷,而且可以连续实测洪水流量变化过程.国际标准化组织(ISO)明渠水流测量技术委员会(TC113)已于1979年正式提出了《明渠水流测量—动船法》ISO4369—1979(E).为使这项新技术及早在我国水文测验中应用,水电部将动船法测流列为引用项目,并指定广东省水文总站牵头,长办水文局(包括南京河床实验站)、辽宁、安徽、广西等省(区)水文总站参加,共同组成协作组进行试验,研究动船法测流的仪器设备和掌握动船法的操作技术,从而提出一个适合我国目前使用的动船法测流技术规定.
Compared with the traditional method, the dynamic flow measurement method is a new technology of flow measurement of rivers, which has the advantages of simple facilities and quick measurement, and can continuously measure the process of flood flow change.An ISO (International Organization for Standardization) TC113) formally proposed the “Open Channel Flow Measurement - Moving Ship Law” ISO4369-1979 (E) in 1979. In order to make this new technology as early as possible in China’s hydrological test, the Ministry of Electricity and Water will be listed as a reference Project, and designated the Guangdong Provincial Hydrological Station take the lead, Long Office of Hydrography (including the Nanjing River Bed Experimental Station), Liaoning, Anhui, Guangxi and other provinces (autonomous regions) hydrological terminology to participate in the joint group to conduct experiments to study the flow of law Instruments and equipment and mastery of the law of moving the operation of the technology, so as to propose a current suitable for our current method of measuring the flow of law.
