随着公路交通事业的快速发展,公路交通量和大吨位车辆的不断增加,混凝土箱梁易出现横向联系、抗扭能力不足等问题。为增加箱梁横向联系和抗扭能力,目前常采用新增预应力混凝土横梁法、新增混凝土托梁法及新增钢横梁法进行加固施工。上述方案中,新增钢横梁法以其加固效果理想、费用低、不影响桥梁外观等特点在桥梁加固得到广泛应用。本文以临海市灵江二桥为依托工程对钢横梁施工工艺进行探讨,可为类似工程加固提供参考与借鉴。
With the rapid development of highway transportation, highway traffic volume and large tonnage vehicles are increasing, horizontal connection of concrete box girder tends to occur, and the problem of insufficient torsional capacity is encountered. In order to increase the horizontal connection and torsional resistance of box girders, the newly added prestressed concrete beam method, the newly added concrete joist method and the newly added steel beam method are used for reinforcement construction. In the above scheme, the newly added steel beam method is widely used in bridge reinforcement due to its reinforcing effect, low cost and not affecting the appearance of the bridge. In this paper, Linjiang City, the second bridge for the relying on the project of steel beams on the construction process for reinforcement of similar projects provide a reference and reference.
