价值实现是股东价值获取合理市场溢价的过程。如何在多变的环境下实现企业价值是市值管理重要的内容之一。2010年,上市公司的公司治理在监管重压下更为规范,信息披露质量得到进一步改善,而投资者关系管理和媒介关系管理技巧虽然得到进一步锻炼,但实践中暴露的问题也为数不少。
The realization of value is the process of obtaining a reasonable market premium for shareholder value. How to realize the enterprise value under changing environment is one of the important contents of market value management. In 2010, the corporate governance of listed companies is more regulated under the supervision of regulators and the quality of information disclosure is further improved.
