国家卫生部明确提出发展社区卫生服务是今后卫生事业发展方向之一,也是实现2000年人人享受健康卫生保健总目标的必要措施。家庭病房又是社区卫生服务的一种主要形式。我院于1998—09—28成立了全科医疗科(红星医疗呼叫中心),为患者提供全日全科全程卫生医疗服务,运行5个月以来取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。现将呼叫中心的建立情况和实践体会总结如下。 1 呼叫中心的组成、运作和服务方式 1.1 人员组成全科由16名工作人员组成,其中科主任1名,护士长1名,医师4名,护师4名,
