用点滴法测定了LYR品系棉铃虫的抗药性水平,LYR品系棉铃虫对甲基对硫磷和久效磷的LD50分别为59.06μg/g和233.04μg/g,抗性非常严重。通过对LYR品系羧酸酯酶比活性测定,结果羧酸酯酶的比活性显著提高,高活性羧酸酯酶的个体在种群中的频率明显提高,说明羧酸酯酶的比活性提高是LYR品系棉铃虫对有机磷类杀虫剂产生抗性的机制之一。
The resistance of LYR strain to bollworm was determined by spotting assay. The LD50 of LYR strain was 59.06μg / g and 233.04μg / g against methyl parathion and monocrotophos, respectively. The resistance was very serious. The results showed that the specific activity of carboxylesterase was significantly increased, and the frequency of high activity carboxylesterase in the population was significantly increased, indicating that the specific activity of carboxylesterase is increased by LYR One of the mechanisms of resistance of cotton bollworm to organophosphate pesticides.
