作者收集了我院１９６１年至１９９３年间甲状腺乳头状癌扩大切除术标本１５０例，进行病理组织学观察。结果表明，甲状腺乳头状癌与其它甲状腺疾病共存者５５例，包括淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎２１例，结节性甲状腺肿１８例，甲状腺腺瘤１６例。本文根据病理组织学及发病年龄的变化，初步分析了乳头状癌与共存疾病的关系。
The authors collected 150 cases of enlarged papillary thyroid carcinoma from 1961 to 1993 in our hospital for histopathological observation. The results showed that 55 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and other thyroid diseases coexisted, including 21 cases of lymphocytic thyroiditis, 18 cases of nodular goiter and 16 cases of thyroid adenoma. Based on the histopathology and the age of onset, this article initially analyzed the relationship between papillary carcinoma and coexisting diseases.
