目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿先天性心脏畸形的产前诊断价值。方法:500例产前孕妇均行常规彩色多普勒超声检查,采用超声心动图观察胎儿心脏结构及血流情况,观察胎儿有无先天性心脏畸形。结果:500例胎儿超声诊断先天性心脏畸形病例共12例,经尸体解剖或生后证实,漏诊1例,为房间隔缺损1例,在出生后经超声心动图复查证实。结论:彩色多普勒超声对胎儿先天性心脏畸形有较重要的产前诊断价值,可作为产前排除胎儿先天性心脏畸形的首选方法,但房间隔缺损及室间隔小缺损易漏诊。
Objective: To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital heart malformations. Methods: 500 prenatal pregnant women underwent routine color Doppler echocardiography. Echocardiography was used to observe the fetal heart structure and blood flow and to observe whether the fetus had congenital heart malformations. Results: A total of 12 cases of congenital heart malformation diagnosed by fetal ultrasound in 500 cases were confirmed by autopsy or postnatal examination. One case was misdiagnosed, one case was atrial septal defect and confirmed by echocardiography after birth. CONCLUSION: Color Doppler ultrasound has important prenatal diagnostic value for fetal congenital heart malformation. It can be used as prenatal method to exclude congenital heart malformation of fetus. However, atrial septal defect and small defect are easily missed.
