目的探讨网络环境下基于问题学习教学法(WPBL教学法)在西部地区外科护理学教学中应用的实用性和效果。方法本研究共纳入2014年至2015年间由本院负责教学的护生62人,其中男生3人,女生59人。随机分为对照组及实验组。以《外科护理学》(第三版)高职高专护理专用教材第二章“水、电解质及酸碱平衡失调病人的护理”及第六章“手术前后病人的护理”为教学内容,对照组采用以普通讲授为主的教学方法(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL),实验组采用WPBL教学法。比较两组护生教学后传统考试和临床情境考试的成绩,同时比较两组护生教学评价量表的评分。结果实验组传统考试和临床情境考试的平均成绩均比对照组高(P<0.05)。对照组和实验组护生在“能够掌握专业知识”方面的得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组护生在“能够提高解决问题能力”、“能够增加学习兴趣”、“能够提高自主学习能力”以及“能够提高团队合作能力”4个方面的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 WPBL教学法可应用于西部地区的外科护理学教学,并能取得明显效果,相较以普通讲授为主的教学方法,WPBL教学法在提高问题解决能力和学习积极性、培养自主学习能力和团队合作能力方面比传统教学法具有优势。
Objective To explore the practicality and effectiveness of the problem-based learning method (WPBL) in the teaching of surgical nursing in the western region under the network environment. Methods A total of 62 nursing students were enrolled in this study from 2014 to 2015, including 3 boys and 59 girls. Randomly divided into control group and experimental group. To “Surgical Nursing” (third edition) of higher vocational nursing textbooks for the second chapter “water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders patient care ” and the sixth chapter “before and after surgery patient care ” for Teaching content, the control group used to teach general teaching method (Lecture-Based Learning, LBL), the experimental group using WPBL teaching method. The scores of traditional examination and clinical situation examination after the teaching of nursing students in two groups were compared. At the same time, the scores of teaching evaluation scale of nursing students in two groups were compared. Results The average scores of traditional examination and clinical situation examination in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and experimental group nursing students in the score of “ability to master professional knowledge” (P> 0.05). The experimental group of nursing students in the “can improve the ability to solve problems”, “can increase the interest of learning”, “can improve self-learning ability” and “can improve teamwork ability” four aspects of the high scores In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion WPBL teaching method can be applied to the teaching of surgical nursing in the western region, and can achieve significant results. Compared with teaching methods based on general teaching, WPBL teaching method can improve problem-solving ability and learning enthusiasm, cultivate self-learning ability and team Cooperative ability than the traditional teaching method has the advantage.
