我厂在锅炉制造工艺方面,自1956年起采用了全部电焊结构,1958年试制成功完全不弯边的电焊锅炉。原来制造一个直径2公尺,长2.2公尺的船用火管锅炉,铆钉结构的需要120天,改用电焊结构后缩减为72天;现在制造一个同样规格的不弯边锅炉(见图1)只需27天,生产效率提高了四倍。另外由于消除了锅炉封头弯边的火工操作,因而澈底改善了锅炉工的劳动条件。在施工过程中,编制了装配和焊接工艺,并对锅炉钢板与焊条质量作了试验和分析。焊工技术亦经考试合
I plant in the boiler manufacturing process, since 1956 has adopted all the welding structure, the successful trial in 1958 completely non-curved welding boilers. Originally, a marine fire tube boiler 2 meters in diameter and 2.2 meters in length was manufactured. The structure of the rivet took 120 days and was reduced to 72 days after it was converted to a welded structure. Now, a non-curved boiler with the same specifications is manufactured (see Figure 1) In just 27 days, production efficiency has quadrupled. In addition, due to the elimination of the boiler head bending edge of the flamingo operation, thus thoroughly improving the working conditions of boiler workers.
