我国钢筋混凝土项目施工管理虽然表现出了强劲的发展势头,但是就当前来看,在管理中仍然处于粗放型和经验管理型状态,和欧美等发达国家相比,较为滞后。本文主要针对工程项目施工过程管理自身的特点出发,以期寻找出管理过程中存在的内在规律,从而为工程项目施工管理探索出一套可行的、具体的、系统性的思维方式以及解决方案,为我国建筑企业逐步提高其生产效率,增加经济效益,为钢筋混凝土项目施工管理提供理论支持和实践参考。
Although the construction management of China’s reinforced concrete project has shown a strong momentum of development, as far as it goes, it is still in a state of extensive management and experience management, which lags behind that of developed countries such as Europe and the United States. This article mainly aims at the characteristics of the construction process management of the project, in order to find out the inherent rules existing in the management process, so as to explore a feasible, specific and systematic way of thinking and solutions for the construction management of the project. China’s construction enterprises gradually improve their production efficiency and increase economic benefits, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the construction management of reinforced concrete projects.
