Modern management science and scientific management established by Tauro et al. are in one sense inherited in the same vein. It is not difficult to see people familiar with the history of management science that there is a time gap of about twenty years in the process of scientific management evolution to management science. Since Taylor and others started from the most basic aspects of the production process such as “action and time” and “organizational function”, they disregarded the human side of the laborer and maximized the labor intensity of workers in order to achieve the purpose of improving labor efficiency. This crazy crushing behavior was naturally opposed by workers. In the 1920s, there was a wave of opposition to “scientific management” in the United States.
