一般的增注方法需要建立管网,把管网里的水经地面泵注到井底,这种方法前期的投入量较大,为此,提出把常规电潜泵改装成同井采注电泵机组作为注水设备的方案,把同井中水源层的水注入到目的层中。针对不同的水井,提出了采下注上和采上注下的注水分案,将泵放置在最下方,成为倒置泵,并对倒置泵存在的问题提出了解决方案。现场试验结果表明,倒置泵试验扬程2880m,实际排量30.82m3,实际泵效34.48%,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
