企业管理决定一个企业的发展潜力和核心竞争力,二人力资源管理则是企业管理中最为重要的组成部分。员工的绩效评估的效率和企业的激励模式在决定了一个企业的人力资源管理模式是否合理。本文以讨论企业员工绩效和员工激励为重点,分别阐释了二者对于企业的意义,然后讨论企业在进行绩效分析与员工激励时应采取的方法和应该恪守的原则,最后得出二者的关系。
Business management determines the development potential and core competitiveness of an enterprise, and two human resources management is the most important part of business management. The efficiency of employee performance evaluation and the incentive model of the company determine whether an enterprise’s human resource management model is reasonable. This paper focuses on the discussion of employee performance and employee motivation, respectively explains the two for the business meaning, and then discusses the business performance analysis and employee motivation should take the approach and should abide by the principle, and finally come to the relationship between the two .
