拟定了用新合成的显色剂对马尿酸偶氮氯膦直接光度法测定土壤中稀土元素总量的方法。考虑到不同地区的土壤中稀土元素的相互比例变化较大,采用包头混合稀土(轻稀土为主)和龙南混合稀土(重稀土为主)进行试验,选择其“等吸收点”波长(680—685nm)为测定波长并在显色时提高酸度以改善选择性。方法用于分析含量为0.02%(以RExOy计)的试样时变异系数为5.7%。标准加料回收率在93—104%之间,若干对照试样的分析结果与有关单位提供的平均结果相一致。
A new method for the determination of the total amount of rare earth elements in soil by using the newly synthesized chromogenic reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of chlorophosphonazohydrochloride was developed. Considering that the proportions of rare earth elements in soils in different regions vary greatly, the experiments were conducted using Baotou mixed rare earth (mainly light rare earth) and Longnan mixed rare earth (mainly heavy rare earth) 685nm) for the determination of wavelength and increase the color in the acidity to improve the selectivity. The method was used to analyze a sample with a 0.02% (RExOy) content with a coefficient of variation of 5.7%. The standard feed recovery was between 93-104%. The results of several control samples were consistent with the average results provided by the relevant units.
