目的建立电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定山茱萸(Fructus Corni)中的铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬等6种有害微量元素含量的方法,并比较不同产地山茱萸中的铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬等6种有害元素的含量,为制定中药材重金属限量标准提供数据。方法采用恒压消解罐消解法处理供试品,用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定4个产地10个批号山茱萸中的铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬等6种有害元素的含量。结果6种元素线性关系良好,r在0.9989~0.9997;回收率在91.50%~110.6%;RSD均小于5%。结论本方法灵敏度高,准确度和重复性好,可作为山茱萸中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬等6种有害元素的定量测定方法。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) method for the determination of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper, chromium and other six harmful trace elements in Fructus Corni, and to compare the lead in hawthorn from different producing areas. The contents of six harmful elements such as cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper, and chromium provide data for the establishment of standards for heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines. Methods The sample was treated with constant pressure digestion tank digestion method. The contents of six harmful elements such as lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper, and chromium in 10 batches of Hawthorn were measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. Results The linear relationship between the six elements was good, r was from 0.9989 to 0.9997; the recovery was from 91.50% to 110.6%; the RSD was less than 5%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good accuracy and repeatability, and can be used as a quantitative method for the determination of six harmful elements such as lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper and chromium in hawthorn.
