本文提出了利用光学测量滑动链板塌角的方法,即通过测量滑动链板表面漫反射光的强度分布,从而获得链板塌角的信息。本装置用6328A。的HeNe激光器和CCD(电荷耦合摄象器件)作为光的发射接收系统来提取信号,文中从理论上推导出了它的漫反射光的强度分布,能够满足生产要求,从而提出利用漫反射光束来测量链板塌角的变化规律。实验表明:本仪器具有结构简单,容易操作的优点,能够完成链片生产过程中的快速、自动分选功能
In this paper, the method to measure the slips of sliding chain plate by optical method is proposed, which is to obtain the information of the chain plate slips by measuring the intensity distribution of the diffusely reflected light on the sliding chain plate surface. This device uses 6328A. HeNe laser and CCD (Charge Coupled Imaging Device) are used as light transmitting and receiving system to extract the signal.
