目的了解肝健康促进项目的实施对成都市大学生乙肝相关知识、对乙肝携带者的态度和疫苗接种态度的影响。方法采用多阶抽样的方法在成都市各大高校抽取样本,分别在干预前后进行问卷调查;应用SAS9.2对数据进行卡方检验、多重线性回归分析和logistic回归分析。结果干预前,大学生乙肝知识总体得分为6.24±1.81,干预后得分为8.14±2.01,差异有统计学意义(t=52.84,P<0.01);干预前后大学生对乙肝病毒携带者的积极态度得分分别为7.44±1.55和8.27±1.54(β=0.22,t=7.46,P<0.01);干预对大学生疫苗接种态度有正向作用(β=0.16,OR=1.38,χ2=5.72,P=0.017),干预前63.31%大学生愿意接种乙肝疫苗,干预后72.43%的愿意接种乙肝疫苗。结论成都市肝健康促进项目能明显提高大学生的乙肝知识水平,能促使大学生对乙肝病毒携带者积极态度的形成,能促使大学生愿意接种乙肝疫苗态度的形成;对提高大学生乙肝疫苗接种率,预防控制乙型肝炎在校园传播具有重大意义。
Objective To understand the effects of the implementation of the liver health promotion program on hepatitis B related knowledge, attitudes towards HBV carriers and vaccination attitude among college students in Chengdu. Methods A multistage sampling method was used to sample in colleges and universities in Chengdu and questionnaires were conducted before and after intervention. SAS9.2 was used to analyze the data by chi-square test, multiple linear regression analysis and logistic regression analysis. Results Before intervention, the score of college students’ overall knowledge of hepatitis B was 6.24 ± 1.81, and the score of intervention was 8.14 ± 2.01 (t = 52.84, P <0.01). Before and after the intervention, the positive attitudes towards hepatitis B virus carriers were respectively Were 7.44 ± 1.55 and 8.27 ± 1.54 respectively (β = 0.22, t = 7.46, P <0.01). The intervention had a positive effect on the vaccination attitude of college students (β = 0.16, OR = 1.38, χ2 = 5.72, 63.31% college students were willing to inoculate hepatitis B vaccine before intervention, and 72.43% were willing to inoculate hepatitis B vaccine after intervention. Conclusions Chengdu Liver Health Promotion Project can significantly improve the knowledge level of hepatitis B among undergraduates and promote the formation of a positive attitudes towards hepatitis B virus carriers among undergraduates and promote their willingness to inoculate hepatitis B vaccine. To improve the hepatitis B vaccination rate and prevention and control of undergraduates, Hepatitis B spread on campus is of great significance.
