质量管理要创建“过程”精品,进度控制要科学组织、统筹安排,要以安全管理为龙头,规范现场管理,通过文明工地建设,不断提高项目部的全面管理水平。项目法管理是现代建筑企业通用的管理模式,而科学的管理又是项目法管理的核心。企业获取利润的主要手段是有效降低生产和管理成本。本文对施工过程中进度、质量和安全的管理重点及方法进行浅谈。
Quality Management To create a “process” quality, schedule control to scientific organization, co-ordination arrangements, we must take safety management as a leader, regulate on-site management, through the construction of civilized sites, and continuously improve the overall management of the project department. Project law management is a common management mode of modern construction enterprises, and scientific management is the core of project law management. The main means for enterprises to obtain profits is to effectively reduce production and management costs. This article on the construction process of progress, quality and safety management focus and methods to be discussed.
