目的:分析中药药学服务减少中药不良反应的作用.方法:2016年1月—2017年8月,于我院中医治疗的患者中选取100例为研究对象,以干预方式为依据,分为两组,为对照组患者提供常规治疗与护理,为观察组患者提供中药药学服务,对比两组患者不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患者用药不良反应发生率为2％,相较于对照组的12％更低,P＜0.05.结论:中药药学服务有利于减少中药不良反应,值得推广.","Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy service on reducing adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods From January 2016 to August 2017, 100 cases of Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object Based on the intervention methods, the patients were divided into two groups to provide routine treatment and nursing for patients in the control group. Group of patients with Chinese medicine services, compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions. Results The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 2％, which was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine pharmacy service is beneficial to reduce adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine and is worth promoting.
