目的 探讨食管癌组织中p5 3和nm2 3 H1蛋白表达与癌组织分化浸润转移的关系 ,以及两者之间的相关性。并通过追踪随访进一步研究食管癌组织中p5 3和nm2 3 H1蛋白表达情况对食管癌患者的预后意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学 (S P法 )方法对 5 0例食管鳞状细胞癌癌组织中的p5 3和nm2 3 H1蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果 鳞癌组织nm2 3 H1蛋白表达阳性 35例 (阳性率为 70 % ) ,p5 3蛋白表达阳性 32例 (阳性率为 6 4% )。nm2 3 H1蛋白表达与食管癌发生淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 2 5 ) ,与食管鳞状细胞癌的分化程度、肿瘤部位、浸润深度、病变长度以及患者性别年龄无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;p5 3蛋白表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的分化程度、浸润深度有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与癌组织淋巴结转移情况、肿瘤部位、病变长度、患者性别、年龄无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。并且癌组织中nm2 3 H1蛋白低表达与p5 3高表达之间有相关性。结论 nm2 3 H1蛋白低表达与p5 3高表达在食管鳞状细胞癌浸润转移中起重要作用。nm2 3 H1可以作为食管鳞状细胞癌患者预后的基因标记 ,其蛋白表达产物的检测可以用于患者预后的判断 ,并为患者治疗方案的制定提供参考。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p5 3 and nm23 3 H1 proteins and the differentiation, invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma and the relationship between them. And follow-up further study of esophageal cancer p5 3 and nm23 H1 protein expression in patients with esophageal cancer prognostic significance. Methods The expression of p53 and nm23 H1 protein in 50 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The positive expression rates of nm23-H1 protein in squamous cell carcinoma were 35 (70%) and 32 (53.4%). The expression of nm23 H1 protein was associated with lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer (P <0.05), which was not associated with the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, the tumor location, the depth of invasion, the length of the lesion and the sex and age of the patients (P> 0.05). The expression of p53 protein was correlated with the degree of differentiation and depth of invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05), but not with the lymph node metastasis, tumor location, length of lesion, gender and age of the patients > 0 .0 5). There was a correlation between low expression of nm23 H1 protein and high expression of p5 3 in cancer tissues. Conclusion The low expression of nm23 H1 protein and the high expression of p53 play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. nm23 H1 can be used as a marker of prognosis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The detection of its protein expression products can be used to judge the prognosis of patients and provide a reference for the formulation of the treatment regimen.
