岩体可爆性的研究及其初步分级

岩体受到爆破作用时所表现出来的破坏难易特性的度量与比较,对爆破工程设计、施工、矿山企业定额制订和科学管理有着重要意义。我们以岩体声学检测为主要技术径途,用物理分析与统计计算相结合、工程地质评价与爆破技术相结合的方法,对岩体可爆性及分级准则进行了研究,今已获得了以组合纵波速度为准则的分级方法;并且可以计算与某一确定组合纵波速度和破碎质量指标相对应的炸药单耗的范围,以及可以预测不合格大块产生的部位和方向;可对每一种结构类型的岩体分为10~15级。 The measurement and comparison of the easy-to-failure characteristics of rock mass under blasting are of great significance to the design and construction of blasting engineering, the quota formulation and scientific management of mining enterprises. Based on the acoustic detection of rock mass as the main technical route, we combine the physical analysis with statistical calculation, and combine the engineering geological evaluation with blasting technology to study the criteria of rock burst and classification. Combined with the longitudinal wave velocity criterion for grading method; and can calculate the scope of the explosive unit consumption corresponding to a certain combination of longitudinal wave velocity and crushing quality indicators, as well as predict the location and direction of unqualified chunks; for each Structural types of rock mass is divided into 10 to 15 levels.
