随着海上石油开采和海运事业的发展,进出海港和泊港的油轮、货轮不断增加,港口水域的污染亦将日趋严重。监视船舶违章排污,防止和消除油轮在港口装卸、泊港过程中可能发生的溢油,是港口环境保护工作的主要任务。 本文综述国外港口水域污染的防治措施和技术设备,简述我国该方面的现状并就今后的工作提出了自己的建议。 With the development of offshore oil exploration and shipping business, the number of tankers and freighters entering and leaving seaports and port harbors will continue to increase, and the pollution of harbor waters will also become increasingly serious. It is the main task of the harbor environmental protection to monitor the ship’s illegal sewage disposal and prevent and eliminate the oil tanker’s loading and unloading at the port. This article summarizes the prevention and control measures and technical equipment of pollution in foreign port waters, briefly describes the current situation in our country and puts forward my own suggestions on future work.
