机械制造业中,有许多零部件要求具有高的强度和良好的塑性与韧性,多使用45、40Cr以及40MnB等钢制造,并进行调质热处理。但由于材质及热处理操作等差异,常出现同一批零部件在调质处理后的机械性能(如硬度)差异很大的问题。因此,调质钢件在一定硬度范围内进行逐件硬度检测是十分必要的。目前我国调质件硬度检测除军品外,一般采用抽检。这种破坏性的抽检方法系手工操作,既费力、费料、费时、又不能严格保证产品合格。使用无损检测仪检测调质钢硬度是生产中希望早日解决的一大问题。

However, due to material and heat treatment operations and other differences, often appear the same batch of parts in the quenched and tempered after the mechanical properties (such as hardness) vary greatly. Therefore, the quenched and tempered steel pieces in a certain hardness range by piece hardness testing is necessary. At present, the hardness testing of quality parts in our country except for military products generally adopts sampling. This destructive sampling method is manual operation, both laborious, costly, time-consuming, but also can not strictly ensure product eligibility. The use of nondestructive testing of quenched and tempered steel hardness is expected to solve a major problem as soon as possible.
