对已有结构完整但不满足使用要求平房仓的维修改造,实现功能升级对现有粮库有效快速提高仓容具有重要意义。本文介绍了价值工程的基本概念、基本特点和工作程序,然后系统说明了价值工程在平房仓维修改造中的应用研究整体步骤,并对两个方案实例对比,首先确定平房仓改造后使用寿命作为成本指数中时间因素,然后通过层次分析法确定平房仓改造过程中的功能指数、权重数,从而确定不同维修改造方案的功能指数,使用价值工程公式进行评价确定最优加固方案。运用价值工程评价平房仓维修改造提供很好的技术支持。
It is of great significance to effectively and rapidly increase the storage capacity of the existing grain depot on the existing maintenance of the transformation of the flat warehouse, which has a complete structure but does not meet the requirements of use. This paper introduces the basic concepts, basic characteristics and working procedures of value engineering, and then systematically describes the whole process of the value engineering application in the maintenance and improvement of the flat warehouse, and compares the two examples. First, the service life of the flat warehouse is determined as Cost index, and then determine the function indexes and weights in the process of the transformation of Hiraku by AHP to determine the functional index of different maintenance and rehabilitation programs, and use the value engineering formula to evaluate and determine the optimal reinforcement plan. The use of value engineering evaluation warehouse maintenance and repair to provide good technical support.
