本文研究了草菇厚垣孢子的萌发条件及对不良条件的抵抗力.试验结果表明,草菇厚垣孢子萌发最适温度为40℃,培养基PH为7,对培养基的营养状况无要求;草菇厚垣孢子与菌丝体均不耐干旱;菌丝体可耐45℃3d,但50℃处理24h便失活,而厚垣孢子可耐50℃处理24h.在4℃处理14d后,厚垣孢子的萌发率没有下降,而菌丝体完全失活,厚垣泡子耐酸能力比菌丝体强。
In this paper, we studied the germination conditions of chlamydospore chlamydospores and its resistance to adverse conditions.The results showed that the optimum temperature for chlamydospore germination was 40 ℃ and the medium pH was 7, which had no requirement on the nutritional status of the medium ; Mochi chlamydospores and mycelium are not resistant to drought; mycelium resistant to 45 ℃ 3d, but at 50 ℃ treatment 24h deactivation, and chlamydospores resistant to 50 ℃ for 24h treatment at 4 ℃ for 14 days , The chlamydospore germination rate did not decline, while the mycelium completely inactivated, thick foam cup acid capacity than the mycelium.
