采用真空电弧熔炼工艺制备了Cu-Ni-Nb-Mo合金,研究了合金成分对合金组织及热导率和熔点的影响。结果表明,当Ni含量固定时,随着Nb、Mo元素含量的增加,合金组织中NiNb第二相增加,第二相能改善合金的热导率,但使合金熔点降低。通过正交试验分析发现,影响合金热导率和熔点的元素主次因素依次为Ni>Nb>Mo。综合考虑成分对合金热导率和熔点的影响,最优合金成分为Cu-15Ni-3Nb-2Mo,其热导率为49.2 W/(m·K),熔点为1 134.4℃。
The Cu-Ni-Nb-Mo alloy was prepared by vacuum arc melting process and the effect of alloy composition on the microstructure, thermal conductivity and melting point of the alloy was studied. The results show that with the increase of the content of Nb and Mo, the second phase of NiNb increases and the second phase can improve the thermal conductivity of the alloy when the Ni content is fixed, but the melting point of the alloy decreases. Through orthogonal experiment, it is found that the primary and secondary factors that affect the thermal conductivity and melting point of alloy are Ni> Nb> Mo. Considering the effect of composition on the thermal conductivity and melting point of the alloy, the optimum alloy composition is Cu-15Ni-3Nb-2Mo. The thermal conductivity is 49.2 W / (m · K) and the melting point is 1 134.4 ℃.
