糖尿病人普遍存在着胆固醇和甘油三酯的代谢紊乱,为了减少心血管并发症,作者作了研究并观察到高碳水化合物、高纤维(HCF)饮食能降低糖尿病人的血清胆固醇浓度.本文报道了使用HCF饮食对糖尿病人引起的在饭后及空腹时的血清胆固醇和甘油三酯连续变化的情况.作者的研究对象除2例外均系男性消瘦病例,空腹血糖达200mg/dl以上,平均病期约7年.饮食配方均能稳定整个研究
