The crystallization mechanism of wax at solid-liquid interface is briefly described. Emphasized the synergies that have arisen with the use of wax crystallization inhibitors and hydrophilic / oleophobic protective coatings to save wax crystals and bring better economic benefits to the oil extraction industry.
