为降低具有人机合作特点的码头库场装卸作业事故发生率,提出一种考虑员工行为安全的作业流程设计方法。首先,分析作业人员的不安全行为,综合模糊事故树和贝叶斯网络分析作业流程的安全性,提出分析不安全行为产生原因的方法;然后,建立以作业事故发生概率最小化为目标,并满足时间约束的作业流程优化设计数学模型;最后,以北方某港口散货码头的钢板装卸作业为实例进行分析。结果表明:在仅考虑抑制7项主要不安全行为的条件下,用该方法可降低顶上事件发生概率约30%。
In order to reduce the incidence of loading and unloading operation accidents in dock depot with man-machine cooperation characteristics, a design method of work process considering employee behavior safety is proposed. Firstly, the unsafe behavior of workers is analyzed, and the safety of operation process is analyzed based on fuzzy fault tree and Bayesian network. A method of analyzing the causes of unsafe behavior is proposed. Then, the objective of minimizing the probability of operational accidents is established. Time-constrained job flow optimization design mathematical model; Finally, take the steel loading and unloading operations of a port bulkhead in the north as an example. The results show that this method can reduce the probability of occurrence of top events by about 30% when considering only seven major unsafe behaviors.
