黄铜钎料高温钎焊是联接高压薄壁套管接头的一种最常用的方法。为了提高劳动生产率,要求采用感应钎焊和炉中钎焊以代替手工气体火焰钎焊,甚至代替在非毛细装配间隙时的手工气体火焰钎焊。本课题的任务是确定钢管钎焊缝的组织和性能之间的关系,查明装配间隙从0.2~1.0毫米变化时接头机械性能变化的原因以及根据得到的结果选择最合理的钎焊方法。
Brazing Brazing Solder Brazing is one of the most common methods of joining high-pressure thin-walled pipe joints. In order to improve labor productivity, induction brazing and furnace brazing are required instead of manual gas flame brazing, even to replace manual gas flame brazing at non-capillary assembly gaps. The task of this task is to determine the relationship between the microstructure and properties of brazed steel pipe joints and to find out the reasons for the mechanical properties of the joints when the assembly clearance changes from 0.2 to 1.0 mm and to choose the most reasonable brazing method according to the results obtained.
