目的 旨在证实小牛胸腺肽 (ig)可纠正氢化泼尼松和环孢素 A引起的免疫缺陷的同时 ,观察其对免疫缺陷小鼠记忆的影响 ,探讨免疫与记忆间可能存在的联系。方法 用 3H-Td R掺入法证实 BALB/c小鼠脾细胞增殖效应 ,用跳台法、避暗法和 Y迷宫测小鼠记忆能力。结果 小牛胸腺激素在浓度 0 .0 78~ 0 .3 1 2 μg/m L范围内可浓度依赖地增强有 /无 Con A刺激的 BALB/c小鼠脾 T淋巴细胞增殖效应 ;给予小鼠胸腺激素 0 .3、1 mg/kg(ig)或 1 mg/kg(ip)能增加氢化泼尼松和环孢素 A预处理小鼠脾 T细胞 Con A刺激的增殖效应。给予小鼠胸腺激素 0 .3、1 mg/kg(ig)和 1 mg/kg(ip)可改善胸腺切除 6月和环孢素 A处理 2 0 d引起的小鼠记忆能力降低。氢化泼尼松处理 7d对小鼠的记忆功能无明显影响 ,胸腺激素对氢化泼尼松处理鼠的记忆功能也无有意义的增强或减弱作用。结论 小牛胸腺激素 ig可产生似 ip同样的改善因胸腺切除和环孢素 A引起免疫缺陷鼠的记忆功能 ,氢化泼尼松抑制免疫作用与其对记忆的影响并不平行
The purpose of this study is to confirm that calf thymulin (ig) can correct the immunodeficiency caused by prednisolone and cyclosporin A, and observe its effect on the memory of immunodeficient mice and explore the possible connection between immune and memory. Methods 3H-TdR incorporation method was used to confirm the proliferation of BALB / c mice spleen cells. The ability of memory in mice was assessed by jump-step method, dark-avoidance method and Y-maze. Results The calf thymus hormone concentration-dependently increased the splenic T lymphocyte proliferation in BALB / c mice with / without Con A stimulated in the range of 0.078-0.31 2 μg / m L; Thymosin 0.3, 1 mg / kg (ig), or 1 mg / kg (ip) increased the proliferative effect of Con A stimulated by splenic T cells pretreatment with prednisolone and cyclosporine A in mice. Administration of Thymosin at 0.3, 1 mg / kg (ig) and 1 mg / kg (ip) to mice resulted in a decrease in memory capacity in mice after thymus resection in June and cyclosporin A treatment for 20 days. Hydrogenated prednisone treatment 7d had no significant effect on the memory function of mice, thymus hormone on the memory function of rats treated with prednisolone also no significant increase or decrease in the role. Conclusions Calf thymus ig can produce ip-like effects that similarly improve the memory function of mice immunodeficient due to thymus resection and cyclosporin A. The prednisolone-inhibiting effect is not paralleled by its effect on memory
